Typically, our shipping time is 7-10 business days for deliveries within the United States, and 10-14 business days for international orders. Please be aware that certain factors beyond our control can affect shipping, including:

Taxes and Duties: 
Ordering from SelinaPro™ does not include any potential taxes or customs duties that may be applicable in your country. You are responsible for any such fees upon receipt of your package. For specific inquiries, please contact your country's customs office.

SelinaPro™ cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country. The timing of your package's release is solely dependent on customs authorities, and we do not have control over this process.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us promptly. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders may be forwarded quickly to our warehouse. Unfortunately, once processing or shipping has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
